Online Community Manager

Job requirements:

  • Support the company’s media strategy and online presence

  • Manage the company’s reputation across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, blog posts)

  • Create and manage analytics reporting

  • Manage the corporate online image and reputation

  • Respond to enquiries and communications

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Native English, both spoken and written, (additional languages are a plus)

  • Bachelors degree

  • Strong computer literacy 

  • Excellent writing skills

  • At least a year’s experience in this role

 

Preference to those with:

  • Experience with customer service or sales over the phone

  • Work experience in financial services - banks, currency exchange, brokerages, etc
     

Hours are 10:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Thursday and half-day on Fridays.
