Bachelors degree

Strong computer literacy (CRM, Word, Excel, Email, Google Docs, Chat, Skype)

Preference to those with:

Experience with customer service or sales over the phone

Work experience in financial services - banks, currency exchange, brokerages, etc
Hours are 10:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Thursday and half-day on Fridays.
